Placement Preparation Program
About This Course
Master Logical Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude for Campus Recruitment Success.
Cracking company placement tests requires more than strong subject knowledge — it demands quick thinking, analytical precision, and numerical problem-solving ability.
The Placement Preparation Program is a 40-hour intensive training course designed to help students excel in Aptitude and Reasoning Tests used by top recruiters such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, and Cognizant.
Through concept-based learning, practical exercises, and real company-style mock tests, students gain the confidence and skills required to successfully clear campus placement exams. The course focuses on Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Interpretation, helping participants enhance both speed and accuracy.
Course Structure
The course is divided into two key sections — Logical Reasoning & Analytical Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation — each spanning 20 hours.
In the Logical Reasoning & Analytical Ability section, students will cover topics such as series completion, coding-decoding, direction sense, blood relations, syllogisms, seating arrangements, puzzles, data sufficiency, logical Venn diagrams, decision making, and pattern recognition.
This section builds the foundation for logical clarity and structured problem-solving — essential for reasoning tests.
In the Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation section, students will explore percentages, ratios, proportions, profit and loss, simple and compound interest, time-speed-distance, time and work, averages, number systems, equations, progressions, and data interpretation sets.
This segment emphasizes practical application, mathematical accuracy, and the ability to solve quantitative problems efficiently during competitive exams.
The total course duration is 40 hours (20 hours of reasoning and 20 hours of aptitude practice).
The recommended batch size is between 20 and 30 students, allowing for a balance of group learning and individual attention.
The program fee is $963 per batch, which typically averages $32 to $48 per student, depending on the number of participants.
Program Objectives
This program aims to strengthen students’ analytical, logical, and quantitative reasoning abilities to improve their performance in placement tests. It focuses on building speed, accuracy, and conceptual clarity through guided learning and repetitive practice.
By the end of the program, students will be fully equipped to handle company-specific aptitude tests and achieve higher placement conversion rates. The objective is not only to help them solve problems correctly but also to help them think critically and efficiently under time pressure.
Training Methodology
The training approach follows a proven step-by-step learning structure.
Each topic begins with concept teaching, where trainers explain methods in a simplified, easy-to-understand format. Students then engage in practice tests for both individual sections and full-length company-style mock exams.
After each session, assignments and topic-wise worksheets are provided to reinforce learning.
The program also includes performance analysis, where each student’s progress, accuracy, and improvement areas are tracked.
Live discussions and interactive problem-solving sessions are conducted to help students understand strategic approaches and shortcut methods for faster and more accurate results.
Learning Outcomes
By completing this program, students will gain the ability to solve quantitative and logical reasoning questions within strict time limits.
They will be able to identify and solve pattern-based questions similar to those used by major companies.
Students will also learn and apply shortcut formulas and mental math techniques for speed improvement.
Most importantly, they will approach aptitude and reasoning tests with confidence, clarity, and logical precision, ensuring better results during campus drives and recruitment processes.
