(i) In aspartame four functional groups are present which are

–NH 2 (Amine) (–COOH) (Carboxylic acid)

(ii) Zwitter ion structure is givens as below :

(iv) In above two amino acids is more hydrophobic due to presence of non-polar
C 6 H 5 –CH 2 – or benzyl group.
