The correct answer is:
B

156

(i) When 0 is at unit place

= 5x4x3 = 60

(ii) When 0 is not at unit place

=4x4x3x2 = 96

(First fill unit place by either 2 or 4 i.e. two ways. Since we can not put '0' at the thousand place it can be filled in 4 ways, remaining as usual) Total ways = 60 + 96 = 156
