(1 − x + [x − 1] + [1 − x]) =
(1 − (1–h) + [1 – h − 1] + [1 – 1 + h])
= (h + [–h] + [h]) = 0 – 1 + 0 = – 1
R.H.L.
=(1 − x + [x − 1] + [1 − x]) = (1 − (1+ h) + [1 + h − 1] + [1 – (1 + h)]
=
(– h + [h] + [–h]) = 0 + 0 – 1 = – 1

so
