Sn 2+ is less stable than Sn 4+ , therefore SnCl 2 .2H 2 O is a Lewis acid.

SnO 2 is amphoteric, so it will dissolve in KOH solution forming K 2 SnO 3 or K 2 [Sn(OH) 6 ].

SnO 2 + 2KOH + 2H 2 O K 2 [Sn(OH) 6 ]

PbCl 2 will form a complex with HC1

PbCl 2 (s) + 2HCl H 2 [PbCl 4 ]

So, we may assume that now this complex will dissociate as:

H 2 [PbCl 2 ] 2H + + [PbCl 4 ] 2-

So, considering this possibility, option should be incorrect.

Pb 3 O 4 reacts with conc.HNO 3 to form PbO 2 but the reaction is not a redox reaction.

or Pb 3 O 4

So, option is incorrect.
