y (x + z) = 0 ⇒ y = 0 ⇒ x + z = 0

Dr's of normal of this plane are 0,1,0 ; Dr's of normal of this plane are 1,0,1

a 1 a 2 + b 1 b 2 + c 1 c 2 = 0 + 0 + 0 = 0

∴ Normals of these plane are perpendicular. Hence planes are perpendicular.
