The correct answer is:
A

Ordered pair = total – (A ∪ B = X) = 4 n – 3 n

Subsets of X = 2 n will not repeat in both but here the whole set X has not been taken

So subsets of x which are not repeated (2 n – 1)

Hence unordered pair = + (2 n – 1)
