The correct answer is:

During blood coagulation, an enzyme complex called thrombokinase helps in the conversion of prothrombin into thrombin. Thrombin enzyme is responsible for the conversion of inactive fibrinogens into fibrins in the plasma. Renin is secreted by JG cells in response to fall in glomerular blood flow (GFR), which converts angiotensinogen in blood to angiotensin-I and further to angiotensin-II. Epinephrine hormone is secreted by adrenal medulla during emergency situations.
