Which of the following statement are correct for typhoid?
(I) It is a bacterial disease.
(II) Salmonella typhi enter the small intestine through food and water
(III) Pathogen from small intestine migrates to other organs through blood.
(IV) Sustained high fever (39 0 to 40 0 C), weakness, stomach pain, constipation, headache and loss of appetite are common symptoms of this disease.
(V) In severe cases, the lips and finger nails may turn gray to bluish in colour.
(VI) Typhoid fever could be confirmed by Widal test.
