Ni2+, Fe2+ and Cu2+ has 2, 4 and 1 unpaired electrons respectively. So in presence of ligands d-d transition takes place and these hydrated ions produce colour in aqueous solutions. Cu+ is diamagnetic with 3d10 configuration; so no d-d transition is possible and thus colourless.
