[Co(NH 3 ) 5 (NO 2 )]Cl 2 and [Co(NH 3 ) 5 (ONO)]Cl 2 are linkage isomers.

Cobalt in +3 oxidation state has 3d 6 configuration which has higher CFSE. So the complex is inner orbital (i.e. d 2 sp 3 hybridisation) and diamagnetic.
