So, ClO- is the strongest conjugate base.
Only Cl – O - and
has lone pair of electrons on Cl-atom. But Cl – O - is always linear ion as it is diatomic, so, no effect of lone pair on shape but in ClO 3 due the lone pair on Cl shape becomes pyramidal.
