Estrogen is secreted by growing follicles in ovaries and stimulates growth and development of female secondary sex organs.
Aldosterone secreted by the adrenal gland helps in maintaining electrolytes, body fluid, volume, osmotic pressure and blood pressure.
Gonadotropins are secreted by anterior pituitary and stimulate the gonadal activity. These include LH and FSH.
