On being slowly passed through water, PH 3 forms bubbles but NH 3 dissolves. Why is it so ?

N–H bond is more polar than P–H bond. Hence, NH 3 forms hydrogen bonds with H 2 O molecules and hence dissolves in it whereas PH 3 does not dissolve and forms bubbles.Also same electronegativity of P and H.
