The National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted the NEET-UG 2025 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates) on May 4, 2025, across 557 cities in India and various international centers. The results are scheduled to be released on June 12, 2025, along with the official category-wise cutoff scores and qualifying percentiles.
Each year, NTA specifies minimum qualifying scores for different categories, which determine whether a candidate is eligible for MBBS admissions. These cutoffs are crucial as they reflect the minimum marks required to qualify for admission to medical colleges across the country.
For NEET 2025, the scores will be used for filling over 1,00,000 MBBS seats in 612 medical colleges and 315 dental colleges throughout India.
