$\lambda_{m} \mathrm{T} = \text{constant} \implies \lambda_{m1} \mathrm{T}_{1} = \lambda_{m2} \mathrm{T}_{2}$
Or $\frac{T_1}{T_2} = \frac{\lambda_{m2}}{\lambda_{m1}} \ldots (i)$ Here, $\lambda_{m1} = 510 \text{ nm}, \lambda_{m2} = 350 \text{ nm}$ So, on putting these values in Eq. (i) $\frac{T_1}{T_2} = \frac{350}{510} \Rightarrow \frac{T_1}{T_2} = \frac{35}{51} = 0.69$
