A

30 km/h = m/s , 192 km/hr = m/s

Muzzle speed = velocity of bullet w.r.t. revolver

= velocity of bullet w.r.t. van

150 = V b – V v

150 = V b – ⇒ V b = m/s w.r.t. ground

Now speed with which bullet hit thief's car

= velocity of bullet w.r.t car = V bc = V b – V c

= = = 105 m/s
