Charge on the capacitor can be written as, Q = CV.
The charge on C 1 is Q 1 = 2 x 10 = 20 µC
The charge on C 2 is Q 2 = x x 10 = 10 x µC
The charge on C 3 is Q 3 = 3 x 10 = 30 µC
By the given data.
C 1 + C 2 + C 3 = 100 µC
10(2 +x + 3) = 100
x = 5
