The correct answer is:

According to Lenz's law, the direction of induced current in a conductor by changing magnetic field is created by the induced current oppose the change in the initial magnetic field.
For solenoid-1, the magnet is moving away, hence at point B, S-pole will be generated. Thus, the direction of current is AB.

Similarly, in the solenoid-2, S-pole will be generated at point C and direction of current will be DC.
